The character of each harvest.
Each harvest brings something a little different. The flowering plants surrounding our hives change throughout the year, and with them, the character of the honey.
Some harvests are light and delicate, with a gentle sweetness and soft floral aromas. Others are more pronounced, with deeper floral notes and a distinctly musky character.
These differences are part of what makes natural honey so interesting. We appreciate each harvest for what it is.

Shaped by the seasons.
Our hives are surrounded by the changing coastal landscape of Breton Bay. Throughout the year, different plants come into flower, bringing new sources of nectar for the bees.
As these conditions change, so does the honey. Its colour, aroma and flavour can vary from one harvest to the next.
We leave room for these natural differences. Each batch has its own character, and we see no reason to make every harvest taste the same.

Behind every harvest are the hives and the work that goes into caring for them.
We take pride in tending our bees and collecting the honey they produce. It is a hands-on process, and one that keeps us closely connected to the land and the changing seasons.
No two harvests are quite alike.
Depending on the flowering conditions and nectar gathered by the bees, honey can vary in colour, aroma and texture. Some batches are lighter and more fluid, while others are deeper in colour or develop a thicker consistency.
These are natural differences, and part of the character of each harvest.

From Breton Bay, with care.
On the coast of Western Australia, our bees work among the changing flowers and vegetation of the Breton Bay landscape.
Our honey is gathered from hives we tend ourselves, with each harvest bringing its own character. Some are lighter and more delicate, while others carry deeper floral aromas and a richer taste.
We enjoy the natural differences between each harvest. Rather than seeking uniformity, we appreciate the individuality of the honey and the place from which it comes.
It is a simple pleasure, and one we are proud to share.
